In a reaction to the preliminary draft of the Transit Traffic Transfer Act, the Alpine Initiative protested against the delay of the transfer from road to rail. “Echo” magazine n° 82 contained postcards that were to be sent to the Swiss Transport Minister Moritz Leuenberger.
